「羅」是佈陳與網羅之意，「柏」代表世間優雅與長青的人、事、物。「羅柏」 可聯想為「培育與鏈結有識之士(包含自己與他人)，一起創造與成就世間既優雅又長青的物與事。」
「羅，Luo」 means Disposing and Gathering, 「柏，Bo」 presents Graceful and Evergreen People, Things or Affairs. 「羅柏」 could be linked as 「cultivating and connecting the insightful (including self and others), jointly, to create and achieve graceful and evergreen things or affairs in the world.」
