Klara is a sixteen-year-old girl coming from Czech, 2018.7.13-8.3 came to Taiwan to attend a cycling camp. During these days, except cycling around Taiwan, she lived with us in YiShinGe.
We can say she is our "imagine" daughter, because she brought the "Imagine" song, written and sung by John Lennon, for us. I was familiar with this song's melody before, but never read its lyrics. After she sang this song happily at the tea-time on her arriving day, I read it carefully. I was so touching in it. I was touching because a little girl can imagine the meaning of this song. I am still touching because an artist, John Lennon, can protest and fight against the greedy and pretended world by using so soft and graceful method, his "Imagine" song. The following is its lyrics:
Imagine
Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people living for today
Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people living life in peace
You may say that I'm a dreamer,
but I'm not the only one
I hope some day you'll join us
And the world will be as one
Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people sharing all the world
You may say that I'm a dreamer,
but I'm not the only one
I hope some day you'll join us
And the world will live as one
